6. Mst: Nighat Yasmin Orakzai, MPA pointed out that she visited the Satellite Hospital Kohat Road, Peshawar yesterday evening. She regretted that the generator installed in the Hospital was not working due which the patients were being not provided ex-rays facilities. She lamented on this state of affairs and requested the government for resolution of such pity issues in the hospital for giving timely relief to the patients. The Sr: Minister for Local Government assured that the government will look into the matter and resolve the issue.

7. Mr. Muhammad Ali Khan, MPA agitated the issue of transfer of Principal Shabqadar Degree College. Minister for Higher Education replied that the same was routine transfer.

8. Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs laid the NWFP Civil Courts (Amendment) Ordinance, 2008 in the House.

9. On behalf of the Chief Minister, Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs moved that the NWFP Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 2008 may be withdrawn as introduced on 26/08/2008. The House allowed the withdrawal.

.10. On behalf of the Chief Minister, NWFP, Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs moved that the NWFP Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Second Amendment) Bill, 2009 for consideration. At this stage Mr. Abdul Akbar Khan, MPA requested that the same may be referred to the Select Committee for consideration and the report may be submitted to the House within 24 hours, but Sr. Minister for Local Government opposed the proposal and at the end Mr. Speaker put the motion to the House and the House did not agree to refer it to the Committee. The Bill was considered and passed by the House.

11. The sitting was adjourned till 20th January, 2009 at 10:00 A.M.
