Mr. Kiramatullah Khan, Speaker assumed the chair at 11:00 A.M. and proceedings commenced with recitation from the Holy Qur’an.

5. Minister for Revenue moved the NWFP land Laws (Second Amendment) Bill, 2009 for consideration.

6. Minister for Revenue moved the amendments in NWFP land Laws (Second Amendment) Bill, 2009 and the House adopted the amendments. Mr. Abdul Akbar Khan, MPA did not move the amendments under protest.

7. Minister for Revenue moved the NWFP land Laws (Second Amendment) Bill, 2009 for passage and the House passed the Bill with the amendments moved by Minister for Revenue.

8. Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs moved the NWFP Civil Courts (Amendment) Bill, 2009 for consideration.

9. Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs moved the NWFP Civil Courts (Amendment) Bill, 2009 for passage and the House passed the Bill.

10. The Report of the Standing Committee No. 02 on Law Reforms and Subordinate Legislation regarding the Defence Housing Authority Bill, 2009 referred by the House on 14th January, 2009 was presented by Mr. Abdul Akbar Khan, MPA.

11. On behalf of Minister for Housing, Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs moved the Defence Housing Authority Bill, 2009 as reported by the Standing Committee No. 02 on Law Reforms and Subordinate Legislation for consideration.

12. On behalf of Minister for Housing, Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs moved the Defence Housing Authority Bill, 2009 as reported by the Standing Committee No. 02 on Law Reforms and Subordinate Legislation for passage and the House passed the Bill as reported/amended by the Standing Committee No. 02.

13. Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs moved the NWFP Salaries, Allowances and Privileges Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2009 for consideration.

14. Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs moved the NWFP Salaries, Allowances and Privileges Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2009 for passage and the House passed the Bill.

15. Mr. Abdul Akbar Khan, MPA presented before the House the report of the Public Accounts Committee for the year 2002-2003.

16. Mr. Abdul Akbar Khan, MPA moved that the report of the Public Accounts Committee for the year 2002-2003 may be adopted. The House adopted the report.

17. The sitting was prorogued sine die.
