Asad Qaiser was born in Swabi District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.He did his Matriculation from Government higher secondary school, Marghz, Swabi District.He has been graduated from University of Peshawar and started his career as educationalist. He founded Quaid-e-Azam public school in the town of Zaida, Swabi District. The school rose to a prestigious institute quickly where he formed associations with the prominent figures of the area through the students in this institute being the principal and founder of that institute
Mr. Asad Qiasar is the 14th and current Speaker of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.A member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, he is currently MPA from Swabi District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.He is elected first time as a representative of provincial assembly, KPK.Asad Qaisar is one of the founding and prominent workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.He is currently presiding over its Provincial chapter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Asad Qaiser was an active member of Jamaat-e-Islami’s student wing,prior to joining of PTI.He joined PTI in 1996 and began his career in PTI as a worker for the party. He moved up the ranks over the years from union council president to district president of Swabi.He was initially appointed as the provincial President of PTI in 2008 till 2011 when the provincial leadership was dissolved by Chairman PTI Imran Khan prior to the Intra-Party elections.
In May,2013 general elections he was elected as legislator from PK-35 SWABI-V constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.
