12. CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF THE KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA PROVINCIAL OMBUDSMAN (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2022. Upon the motions of Mr. Fazal Shakoor Khan, Minister for Law, the above captioned Bill was considered clause by clause and passed by the House with an amendment of Ms. Nighat Yasmin Orakzai, MPA in clause 10, in proposed section 11(2), wherein for the word “lay”, the word “submit” was substituted.
13. CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF THE KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT CESS BILL, 2022. Upon the motions of Mr. Kamran Khan Bangash, Minister for Higher Education, the above captioned Bill was considered clause by clause and passed by the House.
14. CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF THE KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA REGULARIZATION OF SERVICES OF EMPLOYEES OF SETTLEMENT OPERATIONS AND REVENUE ACADEMY BILL, 2022. Upon the motions of Mr. Taj Muhammad Tarand, Special Assistant to C.M, the above captioned Bill was considered clause by clause and passed by the House.
15. CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF THE KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA EMERGENCY RESCUE SERVICE (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2022. Upon the motions of Mr. Kamran Khan Bangash, Minister for Higher Education, the above captioned Bill was considered clause by clause and passed by the House with the verbal amendment of Minister for Education wherein in clause 2, under the heading “Regularization of Contract Employees”, for the word “Council”, the words “Administrative Department” were substituted.
