TERMS OF REFERENCE
1. The Special committee shall undertake a detailed scrutiny and examination of the matter arising out of Call Attention Notice No. 30 in the House.
2. The Report of Special Committee shall be submitted to the House within 30 days.
3. The quorum of constitute a meeting of the Committee shall be one-fourth of the total membership of the Committee.
