یہ ایوان صوبائی حکومت سے سفارش کرتا ہے کہ صوبائی اسمبلی سیکرٹریٹ میں بھی قومی اسمبلی کی طرز پر ایک ڈسپنسری قائم کی جائے جو کہ ایک مستند ڈاکٹر اور ادویات پر مشتمل ڈسپنسری ہو جہاں سے اسمبلی ممبران اور جملہ سٹاپ کو تمام تر بنیادی علاج معالج اور مفت ادویات کی سہولت میسر ہو۔
