Bashir Ahmad Bilour, son of Bilour Khan, was a prominent politician from Peshawar who represented PK-3 Peshawar-III in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial assembly from 2008 to 2013. A member of the Awami National Party, he was a seasoned lawmaker who served five terms in the provincial legislature from 1990 to 2012. Bilour held key portfolios, including Senior Minister for Local Government and Rural Development, and was awarded Tamgha-e-Shujaat for his services.
