Arbab Ayub Jan had been elected Six times as member of KP Assembly in 1985, 1988, 1990, 1993 and 1977 respectively from the platform of Awami National Party (ANP). He also got elected in 2008 General elections and hold the portfolio of Minister for Agriculture Department.
