Al-Haj Habib ur Rehman Tanoli, son of Haji Safdar, represented PK-57 Mansehra-V in the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2008 to 2013, as an Independent candidate. He initially remained Minister for Revenue and Estate for twenty months, and later joined the Pakistan Muslim League (N) (PML-N). Notably, he also served as a minister in 1988 and 1993, demonstrating his extensive political experience and commitment to public service in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
