Hafeez Ullah Khan Alizai, son of Aziz Ullah Khan Alizai, was an elected member of the Provincial Assembly of the North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) from 2002 to 2008. He represented the constituency of PF-65 D.I. Khan-II and was elected as an Independent Member.
