Mazhar Ali Qasim Shah, son of Syed Qasim Shah, was an elected member of the Provincial Assembly of the North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) from 2002 to 2008. He represented the constituency of PF-54 Mansehra-II and was elected as an Independent Member.
