Muhammad Arshad Khan, son of Tilla Muhammad khan, was an elected member of the Provincial Assembly of the North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) from 2002 to 2008. He represented the constituency of PF-17 Charsadda-I and was affiliated with the Pakistan peoples Party Sherpao (PPP) (S).
