Muhammad Tariq Khattak, son of Nawroz Khan Khattak, was an elected member of the Provincial Assembly of the North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) from 2002 to 2008. He represented the constituency of PF-12 Nowshera-I and was affiliated with the Pakistan peoples Party Parliamentarians (PPPP).
