The Bank of Khyber’s sub- branch in the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa facilitates the members of Provincial Assembly and staff in accessing better banking facilities at their doorstep. But many obstructions have been observed in the bank’s operations, especially the IT system of the bank, which is not centralized and does not have an up to the mark software. This causes inconvenience for the customer of this Government owned bank.

This House demands the Provincial Government to take necessary measures to bring the stander of the bank up to the mark. Relevant authorities should be directed to equip the bank with centralized software and ATM swiping facility for the customers, and also enable the customers, especially the Members of the Assembly to access the banks facilities internationally during their visits to other countries.
