Mr. Hamid ur Rahman has been elected for the first time as Independent candidate in 2024 General Elections. He is an agriculturist by profession. He has joined politics in 2011 from the platform of PTI. in 2015 and 2018 he contested District Council Elections respectively from the platform of PTI and later in 2022 contested Village Council chairman Election and won the seat.
