Mr. Fazal Hakeem has been elected for the Third time continuously as MPA KP Assembly in the 2024 General Elections. Earlier he was elected as Member in 2013 and 2018 General elections respectively from the platform of PTI. He has earned B.A Degree and is a businessman by profession. He joined politics in 1996 and got elected for the first time in 2013. His main focus on resolving water problems of his constituencies and brought "Gravity Water Scheme" to his constituency. He worked on bringing various education projects including establishments of new colleges for his constituency. He also claimed to have established first female college in his constituency. He also focused on health sector and brought modern machinery in Saidu Hospital Swat.
