Mr. Sajjad Ullah, MPA/Chairperson of the Standing Committee No. 09 on Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department, has convened a meeting of the Committee on Wednesday, the 24th of December, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Rahman Baba Conference Room, Provincial Assembly Secretariat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. Agenda of the meeting will be as follows:-

1. Question No. 1523 of Arbab Muhammad Usman Khan, MPA

2. In light of Para No. 16 (V-a, b, &c) of the Committee’s minutes dated 12-06-2025, examination of the following:-

a) Details of the inquiry report conducted in connection with the fire that broke out in the Excise Warehouse, along with subsequent progress in the matter;

b) Details of the NCP (Non-Custom Paid) vehicles seized by Police Station Badaber and Police Station Mattani from Khyber Agency/District; and

c) The allotment of tampered vehicles and its allotment complete details whether such vehicles can legally be allotted to any individual/member, and complete details of individuals/members to whom such vehicles have been alletted by the Department.

3. Examination of record of vehicles allotted by the Excise Department to various Departments, individuals, and those retained or utilized by the Department itself during the past ten (10) years, along with details of their return or receiving back.

4. Briefing on the scope, jurisdiction, and performance of the Narcotics Control Wing of the Department during the current year.
