Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani son Mr.Abdul Ghani was Born on 30th October,1956 at Abbotabad. He Obtained the degree of M.A from Punjab University and also F.E.L from UK. He was elected as a Member Provincial Assembly on 10th Oct,2002 General Elections on the ticket of PML(Q). He Remained Nazim Union Council, Central Chairman of Pakistan Crescent Youth Organization and all Pakistan Youth Federation. He has attended U.N.O session representing Youth Organization of Pakistan. Previously he was a member of the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2013 to 2018 and as a Provincial Minister for Higher Education and Information.
