The matter raised by Mr. Ahmad Kundi, MPA regarding firing incidents at Gomal University where upon an Inquiry Committee was constituted to probe in to the co-related issues, was referred to the Standing Committee No.08 on Higher Education, Archives and Libraries Department with the direction to examine the inquiry report after its completion.

Regarding Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Agriculture Transformation Project.

Ms. Nighat Orakzai, MPA raised the issue of child abuse cases in the Province followed by a
resolution Notice No. 589 moved by Ms. Asiya Saleh Khattak recommending severe punishment
for offenders in the cases of sexual abuse of minor children by amending the Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa Child Protection Act. Upon the motion of Ms. Nighat Orakzai and other Members,
the House empowered the Honorable Speaker to constitute a Special Committee comprising of
such Members as appointed by Him. The House also resolved that the terms of reference for the
Committee shall be framed out of the debates on the issue. The Law Minister suggested the
following TORs for the Committee,-
(a) Revision of existing laws on the subject for severe punishment;
(b) Suggesting improvements in the existing laws; and
(c) Suggesting measures for sensitization of society over the issue.

حکومت نے باقاعدہ طورپرنوٹیفیکیشن  جاری کرکے 180 روپے فی من گنے کا نرخ مقرر کیا ہے لیکن ملز مالکان زمینداروں/کاشتکاروں کو 173 روپے فی من دے رہے  ہیں صرف ان کے ضلع میں اس سات روپے فرق کا اگر حساب کیا جاےتو ایک مل کم و بیش ڈھائ لاکھ من گنا کرش کرتی ہےاور چار ملیں ہیں تو ایک دن میں ایک کروڑروپے ملز مالکان  کما رہے ہیں اور حکومت کواس کی کوئ فکر نہیں ہے۔

ضلع کرک کا ایک اہم مسئلہ جو ماحولیات سے تعلق رکھتاہےکہ2002سے تیل وگیس کی کمپنیاں ضلع کرک میں کام کررہی ہیں۔ کمپنیاں ڈرلنگ کےوقت جو کیمیکل استعمال کرتی ہیں وہ جگہ جگہ پرپھینکتے ہیں جو برساتی نالوں میں پورے ضلع کرک میں  پھیلتے ہیں جس سے متعدد موذی امراض میں لوگ مبتلا ہوچکے ہیں۔ اس کے اثرات جانوروں پربھی پڑتے ہیں جس کی زندہ مثال گاوں زواں بانڈہ  یونین کونسل نری پنوس ہے جس میں اس زہریلے پانی کیوجہ سے 19گائیں مرگئی ہیں
